The apartment has original 1925 hardwood flooring throughout (except in tiled bathroom) and original vintage windows.
The apartment has two separate entry/exit ways. The entry door is located downstairs with a white wooden stairway leading upstairs. There is a rear upstairs door near the kitchen that exits to the outside second-story balcony with a wooden stairway leading down to the rear yard. The rear yard is enclosed by a stockade fence and has a propane gas grill and a storage shed where two bikes are kept.
Internet wi-fi is available, as well as over 120 television cable channels, including several movie channels. There is a television in the bedroom as well in the living/family room.
Two parking spots are available on the asphalt parking area only, just a few steps from the front apartment door, which is easily accessible on the alley intersecting Louden Ave.
